Common questions
I got an invitation but the link opens my browser instead of the app.
Install StrideMind from the App Store first, then tap the invitation link again. If you are already signed in with a different email than the one the invitation was sent to, sign out and follow the link again — an invitation is tied to the address your coach sent it to.
I used Hide My Email when signing in with Apple. Will invitations still reach me?
Yes. Mail sent to your private relay address is forwarded to your real inbox by Apple. If an invitation has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then write to us and we will re-send it.
My child is under 13. How do they use StrideMind?
Athletes under 13 do not have their own login. A parent or guardian holds the account and manages the athlete's record from it, so the child never signs in or provides personal information directly. Athletes 13 and older may have their own account with parental consent.
I am a parent with children on two different teams.
One account covers your whole household. Each athlete you are linked to appears separately, and RSVPs and workout notifications are scoped to the specific athlete and team the event belongs to.
I am a coach. Where do I build workouts?
Workout authoring lives on the web app at getstridemind.com. The phone app is for running practice — attendance, completing a workout, observations, messages, and photos.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The reset link is valid for a limited time; if it has expired, request a new one.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Email us from the address on the account and we will delete the account and its associated records. Athlete records created by a coach are owned by that team — deleting your account removes your access and your personal information, and your coach separately controls the team roster. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and for how long.
